The Liberty Dig

As part of The Liberty of Southwark property development project a parallel archeological dig with cultural significance was also being undertaken by MOLA in partnership with Transport for London.

As the teams began to uncover historical artefacts we were approached by BCMH in collaboration with U+I to help them create a digital experience to not only help catalogue and detail the finds and process of this excavation but also promote the main property development project too.

The dig went on to uncover lots of fascinating historical remnants of the area and even featured on national news.
